* Colombia - 27 August: -- Almacenar S.A. has acquired Almagran S.A. Based in Bogota, Colombia, Almagran provides storage and logistics solutions. Terms were not disclosed.
* France - 29 August: -- Transports Bernard SAS has acquired Transports LE TORC'H. Based in Auray, France, LE TORC'H specializes in the transportation of foodstuffs. Terms were not disclosed.
