Has implemented green technologies that pay off in 1st half of truck life... Setting engine governors on 2,700 tractors from a top speed of 70 mph to 65 mph took 6 months... Switch to wide-base tires on tractor rear axles improved fuel economy 0.2 mpg and took 3 years. Putting the tires on 8,600 trailers won't be complete until 2012...
