From the pan-European fleet operator’s viewpoint, the critical issue is one of balance – where will business hold up, where will it develop or contract, what will be the implications for fleet – and are there any opportunities for real benefit?... The equation is further complicated by looking ahead to the replacement of those possible new units. In 3-4 years’ time there will be a shortage of used cars with the associated price implications...
