* Germany - 19 March: Itelligence AG announced the acquisition of 51.0% of ADELANTE SAS. Based in Courbevoie, France, ADELANTE provides software consulting services for supply chain information systems. Terms were not disclosed.
* USA - 23 March: Logility, Inc. announced the acquisition of certain assets of Optiant, Inc. for $3.0 million. Optiant provides multi-echelon supply chain optimization solutions from its base in Burlington, MA.
* Pakistan - 24 March: Aza Group announced the acquisition of 50.0% of ZAR Logistics. Based in Valencia, Spain, ZAR provides 3PL delivery services from an 11,000 sq. meter facility. Terms were not disclosed.
* Malaysia - 24 March: SLP Logistics Sdn Bhd announced the pending acquisition of certain trucking assets and subsidiaries of Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Bhd for $9.7 million.
* France - 25 March: Morin Transports & Logistic announced the acquisition of Astelem. Astelem provides e-commerce fulfillment services from its base in Montpellier, France. Terms were not disclosed.
* Russia - 26 March: Rosinteragroservis JSC announced the acquisition of Azov Grain Terminal Ltd. Azov provides processing of up to 500,000 tons of grain through its terminal facilities located at the Port of Azov in Russia. Terms were not disclosed.
* India - 26 March: Aqua Logistics HK Pvt. Ltd. announced the pending acquisition of 60.0% of CIT Logistics Ltd., TAG Logistics Ltd. and AGI Logistics Ltd. CIT, TAG and AGI provide international air and ocean freight forwarding services from bases in Hong Kong.
* Russia - 26 March: NovoshipinvestPlus announced the acquisition of 5.6% of Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Shipping Company ("JSC Novoship"). Based in Novorossiysk, Russia, JSC Novoship provides shipping services by utilizing 55 modern vessels with a total capacity of 4.4 million deadweight tons. Terms were not disclosed.
* Turkey - 27 March: Global Liman Isletmeleri A.S. announced the pending acquisition of the remaining 40.0% of Ortadogu Antalya Liman Isletmeleri. Based in Turkey, Ortadogu provides storing, cleaning, washing and container inspection services through its ownership of the Antalya Seaport. Terms were not disclosed.
* Spain - 27 March: Erhardt y Cía. SA announced the acquisition of Bermeo Offshore S.A. Bermeo Offshore provides stevedoring services from its base at the Port of Bermeo in Spain. Terms were not disclosed.

* Egypt - 23 March: A group led by Egyptian equity firm Citadel Capital announced the pending acquisition of The Rift Valley Railways Consortium ("RVR"). Based in Nairobi, RVR provides management of the parastatal railways of Kenya and Uganda. Terms were not disclosed.
* USA - 25 March: Harbour Group announced the acquisition of Fleetgistics Holdings, Inc., an Atlantic Street Capital portfolio company. Fleetgistics provides same-day logistics services to long-term care pharmacies, medical laboratories and automotive aftermarket parts retailers and distributors. Terms were not disclosed.
* Spain - 25 March: Kartera 1, S.L. announced the acquisition of a 5.0% stake in Compania Logistica de Hidrocarburos CLH SA for $193.4 million. Based in Madrid, CLH is the largest provider of petroleum logistics services in Spain.
