Portland,ORE,USA -Fleet Owner -Apr 5, 2010: -- Two Oregon-based firms, Shorepower Technologies and Grape Solar, have partnered to provide turnkey solar-powered charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (EVs). According to Shorepower Technologes, the “best of breed” system is now available to Grape Solar’s national network of 5,000 installers as the market prepares for the rollout of electric vehicles starting at the end of 2010... Shorepower provides solutions for connecting cars and trucks to the electrical grid including Truck Stop Electrification (TSE) and charging stations for EVs and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs).
