Brussels,Belgium -HGV (Ireland) -7 June 2009: -- The European Commission has highlighted the need to significantly reduce greenhouse gases from transport emissions, through more road tolling and greener trucks, cars and trains... Jos Delbeke, a high-ranking official in the European Commission's Department of Environment says transport emissions must be tackled on a pan-European basis... "We have to be much more ambitious on the nuisance of transport services.
