Shipper's Transport, in business for 18 years, according to its Web site, shut down without notice this week, closing terminals in El Paso and Tennessee... Manufacturers on both sides of the border have slowed production because of the recession and that will affect the transportation sector, said David Coronado, a labor market analyst at Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande...
