Kansas,MO,USA -The Kansas City Business Journal -February 20, 2009: -- YRC Worldwide Inc. has finalized about $122 million in sale-leaseback agreements... The Overland Park-based trucking company’s subidiaries signed agreements with Estes Express Lines Inc. to sell and lease back certain facilities, with sales expected to close from March through June... Leases are for 10 years, with options to renew for another 20 years. If Estes decided to sell a facility in the next three years, YRC would get to make the first offer... Credit agency Standard & Poor’s this week changed the implications of its review on YRC Worldwide Inc. from developing to positive in the wake of YRC finalizing a bank amendment on Feb. 12, and said it could raise YRC’s ratings after more evaluation, the release said...
