Strategic Buyers - US Domestic Deals

* Ohio - 21 July: - Genesee & Wyoming Inc., announced the pending acquisition of Ohio Central Railroad System, Inc. The Ohio Central operates almost 500 miles of railroad throughout East Central and North Eastern Ohio and in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Terms were not disclosed.

Strategic Buyers - International Deals

* South Korea - 28 July - Nexcon Technology Co. Ltd. announced the pending acquisition of Daesung Logistics Co., Ltd. Based in Seoul, South Korea, Daesung Logistics offers import and export services, as well as air/marine customs clearance services. Daesung Logistics had TTM revenue of $9.6 million.

* France - 28 July: - Groupe Nasse has acquired 55% of Euroflash. Based in Paris, France, Euroflash is a portfolio company of Croissance Discovery, FCPR, Pragma Capital, Winch Capital, and Pragma II. Euroflash provides packaging, relocation and transportation services. Terms were not disclosed.

* China - 29 July: - Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. has acquired 10% of Ordos Yitai Automobile Transport Co., Ltd. for $672,000. Ordos Yitai is an automotive transporter based in China.

* China - 29 July: - Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd. has acquired 90% of Mongolia Yitai Automobile Transport Co., Ltd. for $819,000. Mongolia Yitai is an automotive transporter based in China.

* Malaysia - 29 July: - Changhuat Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. announced the pending acquisition of 63% of Arus Dermaga Sdn. Bhd. for $13.8 million. Based in Malaysia, Arus Dermaga engages in the transfer of cargo between seagoing ships positioned side by side.

* India - 1 August: - Gati Ltd. announced the pending acquisition of 26.3% of Kausar India Limited. Based in New Delhi, India, Kausar provides temperature controlled transportation. Terms were not disclosed.

* Canada - 4 August: - C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc. has acquired Transera International Holdings Ltd., a project forwarding company headquartered in Calgary, Canada. Transera is one of the largest privately owned project forwarders in North America, with annual gross revenues of approximately $125 million. Terms were not disclosed.
