Story - USA - Owner of Goodman Trucking Company Seriously Injured
Lafayette,TN,USA -Macon County Times, by Spencer Wix -2 Aug 2006: -- Hazel Goodman, owner of Goodman Trucking Company, was injured Monday night when a tire exploded, throwing him approximately 15 to 20 feet... Goodman was attempting to change a tire on a semi truck when the tire exploded, said Constable Barry Newberry. He could not report the reason the tire exploded, saying that it could have been a faulty tire... As of 6 a.m. Tuesday morning, family friend, Billy Wilmore said that Goodman has bruising in the area of his stomach and kidneys and is experiencing neck pain. The good news is that the doctors believe he will be okay and may get to come home Wednesday...
