Problems - Australia - Poor season affects transport company
Queensland,Australia -ABC Online -August 4, 2006: -- A southern Queensland trucking company says the poor grain growing season on the Darling Downs is having an impact on its business... Manager of Gehrke Grains and Transport Julian Gehrke says the lack of grain being grown on the Darling Downs this season has forced the company to travel further west for work... Mr Gehrke says if this year's dry conditions and high fuel prices continue, it will cause a problem for trucking companies...
