Reuters reports that 4 to 5 million of these vehicles are expected to be electric and hybrid two-wheelers (scooters, commuter cars, electric bikes)... The proclamation could provide a new market for all our electric and hybrid vehicle-focused entrepreneurs looking to find new markets...
* Bulgaria - To Have 200,000 Electric Vehicles by 2025
Sofia,Bulgaria -Novinite -August 21, 2012: -- At least 200,000 electric vehicles will be on Bulgarian roads by 2025, according to a forecast of the Bulgarian Electric Vehicles Industrial Cluster (EVIC) presented by the Bulgarian Industrial Association... This will account for a total of 3% of all cars in Bulgaria, the EVIC report predicts, stressing that the users of electric vehicles must get a lot of tax breaks and other incentives from the state... Some of the proposed measures include a state grant equal to 30% of the vehicle's worth, exemption from traffic taxes, and parking fees...
