TRUCKS RECALL * Australia - Isuzu issues truck recall
Eagle Farm,Brisbane,QLD,AUST -ATN -September 27, 2010: -- Isuzu Australia is recalling a number of its F, C and E-Series trucks after concerns were raised about steering components... A total of 41 trucks are being recalled across the three models after it was found the factory in Japan may not have properly heat-treated the outer arm steering bolt... The bolt, which connects the steering arm to the knuckle, could fail and dislodge the steering arm... Isuzu is attempting to contact the owners of the trucks, built between November 2005 and February 2006, to have the trucks taken to the nearest Isuzu dealer where the parts will be replaced free of charge...
