Southampton,EN,UK -Road Transport, by Dominic Perry-17 September 2010: -- At a creditors' meeting on 8 September Faridoon Yaghoobzadeh, the firm's owner and sole director, said: "Tinnelly Transport is a subcontractor. He [Kevin Tinnelly] has taken over the contracts of some of the work that Boyes Conning was doing and Coopers were doing and has helped the company meet its commitments to its clients"... Boyes Conning's liquidators Rimes & Co are examining a number of matters relating to its takeover and subsequent liquidation:
- The potential links between Millgold Investments and Boston Commercial Finance;
- Whether the nominal value of GJ Cooper's acquistion was instigated by Boston Commercial Finance;
- The situation surrounding Boston paying off Barclay's security on its overdraft;
- Who has been authorising movements from the firm's bank accounts;
- Inter-company transactions... (Picture from roadtransport: Tinnelly's heavy duty truck)
