Every state has a Disorderly Conduct statute that seems to cover just about anything that a cop would not like you to do
PENN,USA -The Trucker News, by JIM KLEPPER -12 Aug 2009: -- I received a ticket for “Disorderly Conduct” and would like to know how it will affect my driving record. I was unable to get back to the court so I just paid the fine and now my boss wants me to come to the home terminal to talk about the ticket... How can a Disorderly Conduct conviction affect your driving record depends... Every state has a Disorderly Conduct statute that seems to cover just about anything that a cop would not like you to do... Too much noise, disturbing the peace, loitering, drunk in public, possession of an alcoholic beverage in public, etc... All the Disorderly Conduct laws require that the person charged knowingly or intentionally committed the crime, which requires a mens rea (criminal mind)...
