* The Netherlands - 5 June: Royal TNT Post B.V. announced the acquisition of Mikropakket Nederland BV. Based in the Netherlands, Mikropakket provides secure distribution of products such as jewelry and telecommunication items in the Dutch market. Terms were not disclosed.
* Switzerland - 3 June: Holcim Ltd. announced the acquisition of 69.0% of DTD Kamenko Gagrcin AD for $2.1 million. Based in Sombor, Serbia, DTD provides bulk marine transport of gravel and sand.
* Malaysia - 2 June: TL Geotechnics Sdn. Bhd announced the pending acquisition of 60.0% of Scomi Oilserve Sdn Bhd for $3.6 million. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Scomi provides marine vessel chartering services and owns two anchor handling tugs.
* UK - 1 June: Asco Marine Ltd. announced the acquisition of a majority interest in Seletar Shipping (Scotland) Limited. Based in Aberdeenshire, UK, Seletar provides comprehensive agency and offshore support service to clients in the offshore, general cargo, freight management and logistics sectors. Terms were not disclosed.
* Belgium - 9 June: Euro-Sprinters NV announced the pending acquisition of MG Road Express Bvba and Corpco SA-NV. MG and Corpo provide distribution and package express services from their base in Belgium. Terms were not disclosed.
