TRUCKS' CONTROL * USA - New Washington law expands truck safety rules
Olympia,WASH,USA -The SeattlePI -10 April 2009: -- A bill signed into law Thursday expands the number of commercial trucks in Washington that can be tracked for safety violations... The law originally passed in 2007 tracked interstate trucks. The Olympian reports the new law expands that to garbage trucks, in-state charter buses and vehicles registered by the Utilities and Transportation Commission... The State Patrol can stop trucks until safety violations are repaired...
