TRUCKERS' HEALTH * USA - Exam set for truckers
Professional Drivers Medical Depot is planning to hold a health screening event April 18 in Knoxville,Tenn.
Knoxville, Tenn.,USA -eTrucker -9 April 2009: -- On that day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., truckers can visit the Knoxville PDMD to receive a health exam from staff professionals and students from South College training to be physician assistants. Drivers also can get hearing and vision exams. The clinic is at the Petro Shopping Center at Exit 369 of I-40/I-75... As a “closed-door clinic,” PDMD serves only truckers and has locations in Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas... Truckers receiving screening may fill out an anonymous St. Christopher Fund survey and make a donation to the fund. The St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund conducts health research to benefit drivers and the trucking industry...Labels: Truckers' Health
