* Japan - 27 March: Marubeni Corp. announced the acquisition of 49.0% of CFCLA Rail JV Pty Ltd... CFCLA provides railway freight car leasing services from its base in Sydney. Terms were not disclosed.
* China - 2 March: Air China Ltd. announced the pending acquisition of the remaining 24.0% of Air China Cargo Co., Ltd. ("ACC") for $105.0 million. ACC operates an airline that provides cargo and passenger transportation from its base in Beijing.
US Domestic Transactions
* USA - March 30: Ace Expediters Inc., a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, announced the acquisition of Network Express, Inc.... Based in Clearwater, FL, Network provides specialized distribution services for pharmacies serving the long term care market. Terms were not disclosed.
* USA - April 6: Atlantic Street Capital announced the acquisition of EZE Trucking, LLC. EZE provides heavy haul and over dimensional transportation services from its base in Los Angeles. Terms were not disclosed.
Financial Buyers
* USA - 1 April: GenNx360 Capital Partners announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Syncreon. Based in Cloghran, Ireland, Syncreon provides logistics and supply chain management services to the automotive and technology industries. Terms were not disclosed.
* Denmark -2 April: Axcel Industriinvestor A/S announced the pending acquisition of LGT Logistics Holding AB for $49.8 million. Based in Tibro, Sweden, LGT provides warehousing and project logistics services for the furniture industry in Western Europe.
