* Canada - 12 August: Andlauer Management Group Inc. has made an offer to acquire the 74.7% of ATS Andlauer Income Fund it does not currently own for $100.7 million. Based in Toronto, Canada, ATS is a leading single source, full-service transportation solutions provider for major consumer product companies. ATS had TTM revenue of $205.3 million and TTM EBITDA of $22.2 million.
* The Netherlands - 11 August: Nurminen Logistics Oyj has acquired Gerlach Art Packers & Shippers B.V. Based in Schiphol-Rijk, the Netherlands, Gerlach provides art handling and shipping services. Terms were not disclosed.
* Finland - 11 Augfust: Oy Wiik & Ström Ab has acquired the local bus operations of Satakunnan Liikenne Oy in Vaasa, Finland. Terms were not disclosed.
