Big tippers at * The RAI Amsterdam Truck Show *
... and Y've it !!! ... thanks to "Biglorryblog" Courtesy !!! ... "puts on his moon boots...and gets in early"
Amsterdam,Netherlands -BigLorryBlog (UK) -25 Oct 2007: -- ... And who wouldn't be home on the range with one of these little critters. (I'm talking about the Mercedes Actros MegaSpace V8 complete with 'Wild West' bling rather than the cowgirls in front of it). The mighty Actros was finished with these rather splendid air-brush scenes of Mustangs (that's the horse not the car) and Buffalo.
... Here's another Volvo FM-based top tipper from some other local convertor, this time with five-axles. I suspect it's a 10x6 although the Dutch do make them as either 10x8s or even 10x10s too! and if I recall correctly you can five-axle babies up to 50-tonnes gross weight in Holland... They're mainly used for carting around all the sand that pretty much makes up most of the Netherlands!...
... Biglorryblog has seen some pretty good fork-truck drivers in his time but this guy was brilliant. He put this Daf XF 105 up on the container outside of the RAI Truck Show without even spilling a drop of AdBlue either! He's now gone of for his tea break but I'll try and get an exclusive interview with him when he comes back...
