INFRASTRUCTURES * USA - Kentucky county considers rush hour ban on bridge truck traffic

Cincinnati,OH,USA -The Cincinnati Post -September 18, 2007: -- A group of mayors in Kentucky is currently deciding whether to support a proposal that would ban trucks from using the Brent Spence Bridge during rush hour... The Kenton County Mayors Group is considering backing the proposal, which comes from Covington, KY, Mayor Butch Callery... A study is currently under way to come up with a plan to replace the bridge, but that may not happen until 2020. In the meantime, Callery is suggesting the ban on rush hour trucks to supposedly help ease wear and tear on the bridge... (Photo from cincinnati-transit.net: I-71/75 BRENT SPENCE BRIDGE )
