London,UK -Times Online, by Robin Pagnamenta -August 16, 2007: -- Eddie Stobart, the iconic UK trucking group, is trundling towards a listing on the London stock market after a £138 million deal in which the company reversed into Westbury Property Fund... As part of the deal, Westbury - to be renamed Stobart Group - will sell off its property portfolio for £142 million and acquire O’Connor, a rail freight handling business based in Widnes, for £23 million...
