Troubles - USA - Can They "Keep on Trucking"?
Parkersburg,WV,USA -WTAP-TV, by Todd Baucher -2 Sept 2005: -- Some drivers for DeBarr Trucking were washing and maintaining rigs Thursday instead of driving them. The company's manager says the rising cost of fuel has hit hard enough this year that they’re trying ways of passing the costs on to its customers... "There is a surcharge on our services with the trucks," says co-owner Dave DeBarr. And add, suppliers probably ship first to commercial dealers before they provide fuel shipments to bulk customers...
