Selling - USA - Ford Close to do it with Hertz
USA -Travel Agent Magazine/Questex Media Group, Inc./AP -8 Sept 2005: -- An Associated Press report says Ford Motor Co. "is close to selling its Hertz Corp. rental car division" in order to raise cash for the automobile manufacturer. The report says the company could be sold to one of two groups of corporate buyout firms. Ford, which would not comment on the deal Thursday, is expected to announce its decision as early as Friday, AP said...
