Rebates - France - TOTAL, LP and ESSO, lower their prices tomorrow
Paris,France -Le blog auto, by Stéphane Schlesinger -Sept 9, 2005: -- Total, LP and Esso announced a fall in the price of the fuel in their stations tomorrow: -3 centimes on without-lead, and -2 centimes on the gas oil. Not enormous but better than anything. It should be said that on the one hand, the price of the barrel fell down to 65$, which remains very high, and that on the other hand, Thierry Breton had threatened the oil companies of a "exceptional tax corresponding to an exceptional situation". Indeed, more the courses go up, plus these firms release from benefit (+50% for Total over the first quarter 2005)...
