CNN: We Need to Keep Our Advertisers HappyCNN/Money reports: Who needs hybrids?
USA - carscarscars.blogs.com -Sept 08, 2005: -- While we got no idea what CNN is thinking here we'll take a stab at it anyway (that's out motto about nearly everything, by the way). Either CNN is thinking: our poor schlubby readers don't have money for a new hybrid OR they are thinking: we need to keep our advertisers happy and since they bulk of our money comes from Detroit (we made that up) and Detroit only makes rolling tanks (that's mostly true) which get poor gas mileage we better convince people that it's okay not having a hybrid...
