Insider Trading - Germany - Daimler office searched in insider trading probe
Francfurt,Germany -Market Watch(SAN FRANCISCO,Cal,USA)/WSJ -9/6/2005: -- German authorities investigating possible insider trading at DaimlerChrysler AG searched the offices of a member of the company's management board and its top spokesman, according to a media report Tuesday... The searches carried out by the Stuttgart prosecutor's office Thursday included a sweep of the offices of Rüdiger Grube, a member of DaimlerChrysler's management board with responsibility for corporate development, and Hartmut Schick, head of corporate communications, reported in its online edition... A DaimlerChrysler spokesman said the company is cooperating with the investigation but declined to comment further...
