ARRESTS - USA - Trucks still a concern for Boot Jack Hill

Ridgway,PA,USA -Ridgway Record -August 3, 2005: -- The Boot Jack Task Force continued to brainstorm solutions to the problem of heavy trucks coming down Boot Jack Hill illegally Tuesday afternoon, under what task force members said was an urgent deadline... The meeting begun by noting two trucks came down Boot Jack Hill Tuesday morning, and 19 truck drivers have been cited since the previous meeting... "That's 19 arrests," Chief of Police Ralph Tettis said. "There have probably been a lot more than that."...
