Mercedes-Benz RECALLS * Australia: "Vito" van models

* ACT - Brake fluid issues see over 2,000 Vito vans needing a recall

--- Mercedes-Benz has recalled 2,134 Vito van models over potential brake fluid leaks... According to an Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) notice, the "brake fluid reservoir may not have been properly secured" when the vans were produced. "If the reservoir moves it could result in a loss of brake fluid which may lead to a deterioration of braking efficiency, posing a potential accident hazard," the notice says... Affecting vehicles sold nationally between March 1, 2015 and May 1, 2016, Mercedes-Benz says it will send letters to the impacted owners...
