The new Driver Licence Check went live today and streamlines the old system to enable operators to check multiple licences and demerit point status at one time... Minister for Roads and Freight, Duncan Gay, said it's imperative trucking operators know whether their drivers hold a current valid licence and the new system will greatly improve their ability to complete these checks... The Driver Licence Check system is regularly updated to ensure operators have access to real time information... Use of the Driver Licence Check system is voluntary...
