Arlington,VA,USA -The Trucker News Services -22 Oct 2014: -- Professional truck drivers often complain about disparities among the states in terms of the severity of assessed violations as well as a lack of enforcement in some states... The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), the American Trucking Associations’ not-for-profit research organization, Tuesday released a follow-up technical report to its previously released enforcement disparities study.
The “Top 10” high-performing states include:
1. Maryland
2. Washington
3. Nevada
4. Rhode Island
5. Montana
6. Connecticut
7. New Mexico
8. California
9. South Dakota
