In his budget, released on Monday, Obama included a plan to save the Postal Service by cutting mail delivery to five days per week by January 2013 and implementing the remaining 1.8% of a 5.6% rate increase proposed in 2010... According to the budget, the Postal Service could lose $13.6 billion in fiscal year 2013, Bloomberg reported...
