* JAC: 14,400 units
* Lifan: 12,800 units
* Chongqing Changan: 12,200 units
* Sinotruk: 11,100 units
* Great Wall: 9,900 unit 
Sales of Lifan, Sinotruk, Chongqing Changan, JMC, increased by over 25%...



* China - Great Wall Motor targets 23 pct sales growth in 2012

Beijing,China -Reuters -January 16, 2012: -- Great Wall Motor Co Ltd , China's largest maker of sport utility vehicles, aims to deliver 23.3 percent more vehicles in 2012 from last year... Great Wall, also the country's No.1 pickup truck maker, said it aimed to sell 600,000 vehicles this year. The total last year was 486,800, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers... Its export target for this year is 100,000 vehicles, up 17.6 percent...


* Sweden - Report: Renault has no plans to sell Volvo stake


Stockholm,Sweden -MarketWatch, by Christina Zander -19 January 2012: -- French car maker Renault SA has no plans to sell its stake in Swedish truck maker Volvo AB, Renault's new chief executive, Carlos Tavares, is quoted as saying, in an interview with Swedish daily Svenska Dagbladet Thursday...  Renault was hit hard during the financial crisis in 2008 but is now standing on more solid financial ground...  The stake currently represents 17% of votes in Volvo... Tavares adds that Renault is very pleased with the investment, which has given a good return and is expected to continue to do so in the future, even if an economic slowdown leads to a drop in sales...
