The agency is also considering job cuts
Washington,DC,USA -Transport Topics -6 Sept 2011: -- The U.S. Postal Service may have to shut down this winter unless Congress acts to address the agency’s financial crisis, the New York Times reported... The Postal Service said it won’t be able to make a $5.5 billion payment this month because it will hit its borrowing limit, the Associated Press reported... The agency has proposed ending Saturday mail delivery and is also considering job cuts, AP reported...
