Victoria,B.C.,USA -Truck News -Aug 22, 2011: -- Canadian Trucking Alliance president and CEO David Bradley says factors impacting capacity in the Canadian trucking industry, especially the shortage of qualified drivers, are likely to be felt more acutely in seasonal sectors like fertilizer transportation...  Bradley was speaking at the North American Fertilizer Transportation Forum, hosted jointly by the Canadian and US Fertilizer Institutes, in Victoria...  In addition, Bradley said that because of the hazardous nature of the commodities hauled in the fertilizer sector, the drivers that haul the product need a high level of training and make a special commitment...
