T & L NEWS * Mexico - ProLogis leases to customers in

Mexico City,DF,MEX -Transport Intelligence (UK) -9 Sep 2010: -- ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities, has announced it has signed third-quarter lease agreements totaling approximately 345,000 square feet with four customers in Mexico... Recent activity included leases with:

* Ansell Perry, a global leader in barrier protective solutions, specializing in surgical, examination and industrial gloves, protective clothing and prophylactics. The company will occupy 111,000 square feet at Bermudez Industrial Center Building One, located in northeast Juarez. The building was part of an earlier portfolio acquisition and is now fully leased.
* A global leader in orthopedic devices, which will occupy 94,000 square feet at ProLogis Park Alamar Building One, bringing the 177,000-square-foot, previously unleased building to approximately 53% leased. The distribution centre is located in Tijuana in the Otay/Chilpancingo sub-market, adjacent to the United States/Mexico border.
* M & M Land Logistics, a Mexican third-party logistics provider. The company will occupy 75,000 square feet of previously unleased space at ProLogis Park El Salto Building Eight, located in Guadalajara near the Miguel Hidalgo International Airport. The building is now fully leased.
* CKS De Mexico, a high-tech display manufacturer and service provider. The company will occupy 65,000 square feet of previously unleased space at ProLogis Park Toluca Building Four, bringing it to 66% leased. The facility is located approximately 50 miles southwest of Mexico City along Interstate 15.
