Newton-le-Willows,Merseyside,UK -The Road Transport, by by Colin Barnett -22 June 2010: -- The Mercedes-Benz Zetros, not expected in the UK until later in the year, made a surprise debut at the Vertikal Days lifting equipment show at Haydock Park. The 18-tonner was a demonstrator from the Danish Time International company, carrying its latest Versalift VST-6000-MHI aerial working platform. The version on show is fully insulated and has two working buckets, allowing operation on live 69,000V cables at a height of 20.1m and a maximum outreach of 11.9m.
