Transport Statistics * USA - BTS says surface trade with Mexico and Canada down 24.9 percent in August
Washington,DC,USA -Logistics Management -29 Oct 2009: -- Trade using surface transportation between the United States and its North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) partners Canada and Mexico was down 24.9 percent in August 2009 compared to August 2008, falling to $54.3 billion, according to data released by the United States Department of Transportation's Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS)... The BTS said the value of U.S. surface transportation trade with Mexico sank 16.2 percent year over year in August at $21.3 billion...
