* Australia - 6 May: Toll Holdings Limited announced the pending acquisition of the remaining 49.0% of Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics Co., Ltd. Based in Shenzhen, ST-Anda maintains a transportation network across mainland China, with warehouses and depots in more than 30 cities. Terms were not disclosed.
* Malaysia - 7 May: Subur Tiasa Holdings Bhd announced the acquisition of Joyful Shipping Sdn. Bhd. Joyful provides transportation services from its base in China. Terms were not disclosed.
US Domestic Transactions
* Texas - 4 May: Enterprise Products Operating, LLC announced the acquisition of the Mont Belvieu Railrack Facility of Martin Midstream Partners LP for $23.1 million. Based in Texas, the facility provides unloading services for refinery grade propylene railcars and transport of propane and propylene via pipeline.
Financial Buyers
* USA - 6 May: Atlanta Equity Investors, LLC announced the acquisition of Richmond Cold Storage Co., Inc. ("RCS"). Based in Virginia, RCS operates a network of temperature-controlled warehouses totaling approximately 49.0 million cu. ft., stretching from Virginia to Alabama. Terms were not disclosed.
