* USA - 21 Feb: Classic Transportation Group announced the acquisition of Hampton Luxury Liner, Inc. . HLL provides luxury bus transportation services to and from the Hamptons. Terms were not disclosed.
Financial Buyers
* USA - 27 Feb: MSouth Equity Partners, LLC announced the acquisition of a stake in LMS Intellibound, Inc. for $40.5 million. LMS provides logistics and warehousing services for the grocery, food service and retail industries in the greater Atlanta area. Terms were not disclosed.
