US Domestic Deals - Strategic Buyers
10 July - Prime Time Shuttle, Inc. has acquired First Class Transportation, a Southern California based airport transportation service provider. Terms were not disclosed.

International Deals
7 July - Serbia - Fantoni S.p.A. announced the acquisition of 4.7% of DP ŠPIK-Morava for $27,000. Based in Ivanjica, Serbia, DP ŠPIK provides road transportation services. Terms were not disclosed.

9 July - France - Auxitec has acquired Specia Ingenierie, a provider of management and transportation services for nuclear material in France. Terms were not disclosed.

9 July - China - China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Company announced the acquisition of China Changjiang National Shipping (Group) Corp. Changjiang National Shipping owns and controls various transport and auxiliary ships in China and had TTM Revenue of $2.5 billion. Terms were not disclosed.

9 July - Malaysia - Transmile Group Bhd. has acquired an additional 20.0% of CEN Sdn. Bhd. for $462,000, to gain a controlling interest. Based in Subang, Malaysia, CEN Sdn. is an express distribution and logistics management company.

9 July - Canada - Phoenix Oilfield Hauling, Inc. has acquired Rodan Transport Ltd. for $12.8 million. Based in Strathmore, Canada, Rodan Transport specializes in the transportation of supplies and equipment used in the production of petroleum.

9 July - China - China Gezhouba Group Company Limited has announced the acquisition of 10.1% of Hunanrong Railway Hubei Co. Ltd. for $233.2 million. Based in Wuhan, China, Hunanrong Railway owns and operates railroads.

Financial Buyers
3 July - Dubai - Kellett & Singleton Investments Ltd. acquired the remaining 66.7% interest in Scan-Trans Middle East & South Asia Holding Ltd. Based in Dubai, UAE, Scan-Trans Middle East & South Asia Holding operates as a ship chartering and brokerage firm. Terms were not disclosed.

9 July - Philippines - International Container Terminal Services Inc., a TPG Newbridge Capital portfolio company, has acquired an additional 14.4% of South Cotabato Integrated Port Services, Inc. for $400,000, to gain a controlling interest. Based in the Philippines, South Cabato is a cargo-handling contractor.

10 July - USA - Bridgeport Tank Trucks, Inc., an Audax Group portfolio company, has acquired West Fork Tank Trucks, Inc., a Bridgeport, Texas based provider of logistic services for the oil and petroleum industry. Terms were not disclosed.
