* Slovakia · 23 June - Zeleznicna Spolocnost Cargo Slovakia, A.S. announced the acquisition of CD Cargo, A.S. a railway freight transportation company based in Praha, Czech Republic. Terms were not disclosed.
* Canada · 23 June - Dalmac Oilfield Services, Inc. announced the acquisition of Tinky Rentals Limited Partnership and Tinky Trucking Limited Partnership (the "Tinky Group") for $3.6 million. The Tinky Group transports oilfield rental equipment to oil and gas producers in Alberta and Northeastern British Columbia, Canada.
* UK · 23 June - ACM Shipping Group plc announced the acquisition of Harris & Dixon Shipbrokers Limited for $4.9 million. Based in London, Harris & Dixon specializes in the small tanker brokerage market.
* China · 23 June - Chongqing Gangjiu Co., Ltd. announced the acquisition of Chongqing Port Logistics Group Co., Ltd.'s port assets for $236.5 million. Based in China, Chongqing Port & Logistics Group provides operational facilities at ports.
* Germany · 24 June - Deutsche Bahn AG has acquired the remaining 49.0% of Schenker Industrial Logistics GmbH, its joint venture with Siemens AG. Based in Kelsterbach, Germany, Schenker provides contract logistics solutions for industrial customers in the technology sector. Terms were not disclosed.
* China · 24 June - Wuhan Department Store Group Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 56.7% of Changxin Logistics based in China. Terms were not disclosed.
* Singapore · 25 June - NSL OilChem Services Pte, Ltd. has acquired 50.0% of Hup Eng Tat Enterprises Pt, Ltd. for $730,000. Based in Singapore, Hup Eng Tat collects general and toxic industrial waste and operates hazardous waste disposal facilities.
* Canada · 26 June - RoadLink USA National, LLC announced the acquisition of CP Ships Trucking Ltd., a carrier that owns and operates approximately 240 trucks based in Montreal, Canada. Terms were not disclosed.
* Hungary · 26 June - Waberer's Holding Zrt has acquired 50.0% of Multicont Logisztikai Zrt, a provider of dockyard operations and freight transportation in Hungary. Terms were not disclosed.
* Sweden · 26 June - Oriola-KD Corporation has acquired 12.5% of Kronans Droghandel AB for $941.2 million. Based in Sweden, Kronans Droghandel provides distributive and logistical services to the Scandinavian healthcare and medical markets.
* UK · 27 June - Ashworth Preece has acquired Copps Logistics Co. Ltd., a freight-forwarder based in Wilshire, U.K. Terms were not disclosed.
