* Germany - VW truck unit, Daimler's Mercedes want to build more Crafter trucks
Hannover,Germany -Thomson Financial/AFX News Limited/Forbes, by Marilyn Gerlach -29 Feb 2008: -- Volkswagen AG's truck unit VW Nutzfahrzeuge said it and Daimler AG's Mercedes want to expand the production of the Crafter small truck to meet rising demand,... He declined to give specific figures, but noted the segment for small trucks of up to 5 tonnes has grown strongly recently...
