TRUCKER'S COMPLAIN * Canada - Idling trucks not the fault of drivers

If you think that intentional increase of idling trucks and their fumes are a criminal act and those responsible should be held accountable, who are you talking about? The drivers themselves?... I have to tell you, as a truck driver myself, it is certainly not my choice to be sitting in a lineup idling, not making any money, losing sleep, wasting fuel, etc. Why should I be penalized twice?... What about idling cars? Should they be held responsible as well? ... Keep in mind, big trucks get E-tested every single year...
