Frankfurt,Germany -AFX News Limited/Thomson Financial/Forbes -25 Oct 2007: -- Daimler AG chief financial officer Bodo Uebber said that he expects the US order level for its trucks business to pick up in the first quarter next year at the earliest... He said Daimler is in talks with other carmakers, such as Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, on cooperation on specific projects as part of 'normal business' and to achieve economies of scale in investments... He said he does not expect these joint ventures would result in the company swapping equity stakes with other carmakers...
