EPA to crack down * USA - On ULSD labeling scofflaws
Grain Valley,MO,USA -Land Line Magazine -Feb 5, 2007: -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says it’s increasing its enforcement on fuel pump labeling, after discovered that a majority of the retailers it checked had not put signs on the pumps that are dispensing ultra-low sulfur diesel... According to an EPA press release, the supply of ULSD is fine, but that the agency has had complaints from truckers who say they can’t find it because the pumps are unmarked... All 2007 model-year trucks are supposed to use ULSD exclusively...
