Lake County police responded to three incidents of shattered or chipped vehicle windows on Wednesday... One incident was reported at 12:23 p.m., when Dennis Mashburne, 45, of LaPorte was driving northbound on Cline. The other was reported one minute later after Woodrow Bryars, 69, of Crown Point called police upon the chipping of his truck window. The third was reported by Lawrence Gifford, 37, of DeMotte when his Meade Electric truck sustained a hole in the winshield...
