Sales - Germany - VW delivers 9.6% more commercial vehicles in H1
FRANKFURT,Germany -Reuters -July 3, 2006: -- Volkswagen's commercial vehicles subsidiary saw unit sales to customers rise by 9.6 percent to 214,200 in the first half of this year helped by solid demand for its LT and new Crafter...VW commercial vehicle's head of sales and marketing, said in a statement... The figures represent a slowdown in growth in the second quarter however, as VW commercial vehicles deliveries rose 11.4 percent to 99,455 units in the first three months of the year... The group assembles large and small delivery vans such as the Crafter and the Caddy as well as heavy trucks in Brazil...
