So just how do the rules affect you?TORONTO,Ont.CAN -Today's Trucking -3 July 2006: -- No issue in trucking has as broad and all-reaching an impact on a driver’s life as hours of service. To say drivers live and die by HOS wouldn’t be stretching the point.. At the very least, our lives revolve around that rule in a way no other rule affects us... Today's Trucking's sister publication, highwaySTAR, wants to know what drivers think of the new U.S. HOS...
